Returned unit must be undamaged, and in the original box with all original contents in it.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
The Customer is respond for 2 way shipping fee for any exchange except defective items.
All non-defective,undamaged products are issued back item's price. Shipping fee is not refundable.
We reserve the right to charge up to 30% of item's price for items returned are not in its original conditions, is damaged or is missing parts for reason not due to our error.
